One of the reasons Barcode Technologies offers the Labelview software is that it prints to almost any printer. This includes thermal transfer and direct transfer bar code printers, laser printers and inkjets.

It also supports all printer specific modes and options such as print speed, temperature, colours, backfeed, rewinders, cutters, stackers, applicators and more.

Below is a list of Brand Names of printers supported by Labelview. Labelview will also print to other printers, including laser and inkjets, as long as a windows driver for that device is installed on your computer.

Blank labels between each printed label usually mean you have not specified the dimensions of your label correctly. The dimensions must be setup accurately: if you specify a label size of 4" x 6" but in reality the label is 4" x 5.8" the printer may feed an extra blank label to compensate.

Also when designing a label, keep all objects approximately 1/10 of an inch away from the perimeter of the label. This will ensure that the objects will not overlap the label edges and cause the printer to feed out a blank label in between each when printing.
